Fresh Whole Haddock A common, round fish found widespread throughout the Atlantic Ocean. Growing up to 4kg in weight they have similar flesh to Cod, and are of the same species, but are slightly softer and less flaky. Usually sold in fillets, it is suitable for all cooking methods and is also available smoked. Haddock goes well with rich flavoured sauces.
